BE GOOD TO YOURSELF

I think self love is really important and we should totally embrace who we are , the skin we are in , the body we are in and be thankful for the life we have. But I also believe if you are not happy about things that you can change , you have plenty of time to make improvements. But don’t forget to love yourself during the process.

I have struggled with acne since the age of 14. Over the years  I have tried several products to help clear up my skin and remove the scars however found that the majority of these products actually didn’t make much of a difference. This had me feeling down for a while until i realised i am more than the scars on my face.

So what did I do about it?

The past year I have been dedicated to overall living and being healthier. This consisted of changing my diet, eating healthily, drinking 2 litres of water per day and regular exercise. Just from these small actions i noticed improvements not just in my well being but also my skin. I was also more happier with myself. I encourage everyone to have a well balanced diet and you will start seeing the changes you want to see.

Remember be gentle with yourself you’re still blooming.
